'Family' is a group portrait showcasing the artist in a company of her husband Jarek and their two cats: Sumo and Mia. Joanna focuses her work on a very close environment by sharing a moment of everyday life in her home-studio. Pilarczyk is inspired by specific atmosphere of the day, warm light of the afternoon sun and vibrant colours. She tells a story about her relationship with her partner -Jarek Radecki. Their beloved two cats and always present in the room plants and flowers are important members of the family.
